REMOTE, PART TIME/FRACTIONAL ROLE. Will manage billing disputes and resolution for telecom expense management system and billing group (track and manage from input of dispute to resolution). Should have background in telecom billing and ability to project manage from billing issue identification to resolution and bill review. The PM will act as the customer’s agent engaging with billing teams and escalating within billing management as necessary to address and resolve customer billing issues. If necessary, the PM will collaborate with the sales team as escalation points and for direction on chain of command contact info and support for internal escalations.
